MBX Biosciences (MBX) said late Wednesday it priced its upsized public offering of 11.1 million common shares at $18 each, for about $199.9 million in expected gross proceeds.
Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.7 million additional shares.
The offering is expected to close Friday.
