美国电子游戏公司电子艺界（Electronic Arts）股价周五大涨15%，这家视频游戏公司正接近达成约500亿美元的私有化交易。包括沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金和银湖资本在内的投资者最早可能在下周宣布这笔交易。

　　该交易将成为华尔街历史上规模最大的杠杆收购，超过2007年以约450亿美元将TXU Energy私有化的协议。杠杆收购（LBO）是指债务主要用于收购，这是私募股权公司或激进分子传统上使用的一种策略。

　　电子艺界制作的热门视频游戏包括《模拟人生》、《Madden NFL》、足球游戏《FC》（原名FIFA）。加上周五的涨幅，该股今年以来已累计上涨32%。
