重塑能源（02570）发布公告，公司于2025年9月26日与联席配售代理达成补充配售协议，修改了此前公告中提到的配售事项。根据新协议，配售价由每股137港元更新为每股142港元，配售股份数量从58万股调减至56万股。
更新后的配售价142港元较2025年9月25日收市价159.7港元折让约11.08%，较前五个交易日平均收市价177.04港元折让约19.79%。若所有经修订配售股份均获悉数配售，预计最高所得款项总额将约为8000万港元，净额预计为7830万港元，其中约50%将用于偿还未偿还银行贷款及租赁负债，另外50%用于一般公司用途。配售股份的地位与现有已发行股份享有同等地位。
