智通财经APP讯，中策资本控股(00235)公布，于2025年9月25日，牵头投资者(该公司的全资附属公司致盛控股有限公司)与目标公司AccX Limited(独立第三方)订立股份认购协议，牵头投资者将认购目标公司25.5万股可换股优先股，总代价为约437.14万美元(可于牵头投资者不接纳项目进度的情况下作出调整)，将以集团的内部资源支付。
目标集团主要在东南亚从事提供数码支付服务的业务。董事相信目标公司的管理层拥有相当高竞争力的金融科技实力、资源及于中国内地的丰富成功经验，可以应用于东南亚。此外，公司管理层对东南亚经济和支付服务市场的发展潜力充满信心，并相信有关交易作为集团的金融业务投资策略的一部分，将有助集团的业务进一步多元化及扩展至预期可产生额外收入来源的东南亚市场。管理层相信，有关交易可与公司另一宗对Citystate Savings Bank, Inc.的收购产生强劲的协同效益，而目标公司管理团队的优良往绩将有助推动Citystate Savings Bank, Inc. 的数码转型。
