智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股(02228)早盘涨近7%，8月初至今股价实现翻倍，截至发稿，涨5.55%，报12.37港元，成交额4.48亿港元。
消息面上，晶泰科技与百诚医药(301096.SZ)宣布签订合作意向书。根据合作意向书，百诚医药将委托晶泰科技，利用其“AI+机器人”平台开展新药研发工作；晶泰科技将委托百诚医药开展药学研究等研发工作。双方还计划针对疼痛、嗜睡、肿瘤、自免、眼科等多个疾病领域尚未满足的临床需求，借助晶泰科技的AI药物研发平台，共同推进创新药管线的研发与孵化，并择机成立合资公司，探索更广领域的商业合作。
广发证券表示，晶泰定位为AI驱动药物研发的第三方服务商，同时服务于药企与Biotech公司，管线以合作为主，强调技术中立性，而非把客户锁在某个大药厂的生态里，对客户来说更像是技术供应商。基于数据安全与生态考虑，药企和Biotech公司更倾向与独立的第三方厂商合作，因此，像晶泰这样的第三方AI制药平台有望成为行业的基础设施角色。随着AI在药物发现过程中的渗透加深，第三方平台的价值将持续放大，长期来看，其商业模式更具可持续性，潜在市场空间也更大。
