Odaily星球日报讯 据澳大利亚财政部消息，该国已公布草案，拟修订《2001 年公司法》，要求加密交易平台及代币化托管平台等持有澳大利亚金融服务牌照。草案将把数字资产平台（DAP）与代币化托管平台（TCP）纳入新型金融产品类别，使其适用现有金融机构的全套许可与消费者保护规则。财政部指出，该框架重点在于代管用户资产的企业，而非数字资产本身，主要监管模式将与投资组合运营商等金融中介一致。根据方案，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）将成为发牌主体，相关咨询将开放至 2025 年 10 月 24 日。（TheBlock）
