智通财经APP讯，王朝酒业(00828)发布公告，于2025年9月25日(联交所交易时段后)，集团的非全资附属公司王朝江苏与承建商盐城天宫建设工程有限公司订立建设工程协议，承建商将就江苏酒庄的建设向王朝江苏提供建设服务，代价为人民币2232.62万元。
承建商将担任总承建商，负责兴建位于中国江苏省盐城市东台市三仓镇东台绿色食品工业园的建设地区生产黄酒及陈皮酒的酒厂厂房、仓库、办公大楼及污水处理设施(建设工程)。
集团生产的主要产品为以葡萄酿制的红葡萄酒及白葡萄酒等葡萄酒。然而，黄酒及陈皮酒将使用糯米生产。因此，待建设工程竣工后，集团将能有效扩展产品品类，实现酒业高质量发展的重大战略举措。
