　　汇通达网络（09878）盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，股价上涨7.17%，现报15.40港元，成交额2650.64万港元。

　　在9月24日“2025云栖大会”上，阿里巴巴公布了AI战略核心方向，首次提出“超级人工智能”（ASI）概念，强调通义千问“开放开源”的路线，目标打造“AI时代的Android系统”。记者同步从市场了解到，作为该“系统”中的布局之一，阿里巴巴战略投资的汇通达网络于今年8月和阿里云达成了全栈AI全面合作，双方围绕智能体矩阵建设、数据资产价值挖掘等，推动下沉零售市场全链路全面拥抱AI。

　　据了解，自2023年起，汇通达发力AI，部署“千橙云AI智能大模型”，该行业垂直大模型现已同步接入通义千问，其应用“千橙AI超级店长”中的多个智能体也将相继接入通义万相，为会员店文生图、文生视频等日常营销动作提升效率。据悉，今年内，汇通达与阿里云计划基于下沉市场零售和产业场景联合部署超过13款Agent，为乡镇夫妻店和上游生产企业提供更强的AI助力。东北证券认为，公司深耕下沉市场十余载，当前已转型为AI驱动的综合服务商，借助阿里系+政府资源，有望打通第二增长曲线。
