南财智讯9月25日电，钧达股份公告，公司为全资子公司滁州捷泰新能源科技有限公司向上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司滁州分行申请的综合授信敞口额度人民币10,000万元提供连带责任保证担保。此次担保在公司2024年12月17日第四届董事会第七十一次会议及2025年1月2日2025年第一次临时股东会审议通过的预计担保总额度人民币1,400,000万元范围内，无需再次提交审议。截至2024年12月31日，滁州捷泰总资产为862,114.16万元，总负债为629,874.3万元，净资产为232,239.86万元，2024年度营业收入为605,845.73万元，净利润为-22,348.08万元。截至目前，公司及全资子/孙公司对外提供的担保累计金额为人民币921,760万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的237.14%，无逾期担保和涉及诉讼担保的情况。
