Koninklijke Philips (PHG) is in talks with US policymakers regarding investigations into imports of medical equipment, but doesn't expect any immediate impact from the probes, Reuters reported. Shares of Koninklijke Philips were down more than 3% pre-bell.
Gossamer Bio (GOSS) has entered into an agreement for an option to acquire Respira Therapeutics from Samsara BioCapital, Respira said. Gossamer Bio stock was down more than 4% premarket.
PepGen (PEPG) shares were up more than 113% after the company said it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 31.3 million shares at $3.20 each to raise gross proceeds of $100 million.
