智通财经APP讯，浩柏国际(08431)公布，于2025年9月26日，该公司由中国宾利投资有限公司与颐养之家集团有限公司订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，内容有关于致力打造覆盖粤港澳大湾区及中国其他城市的医疗健康及社区服务生态平台。双方拟共同设立民升天下集团有限公司。
董事会认为，根据谅解备忘录订立的合营协议提供框架，让公司与颐养之家合作进行合营企业项目，并促进集团进一步扩大建筑业务的业务范围，以达致集团业务多元化。董事会认为，谅解备忘录项下拟订立的合营协议属于公司的日常业务过程，而合营协议的条款乃基于正常商业条款订立，属公平合理，并符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
