罚单显示，招商银行股份有限公司杭州分行的主要违法违规行为是：流动资金贷款“三查”不到位、固定资产贷款“三查”不到位等。
针对以上违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管分局对其处以罚款300万元。
此外，该行的吴瑛、顾天宇、潘琪霞、潘超艇、江泠、陆盈盈、于欣雨等相关责任人也受到了警告处分。
