智通财经APP获悉，内银股逆市走高，截至发稿，重庆农村商业银行(03618)涨4.62%，报6.12港元；青岛银行(03866)涨1.88%，报4.34港元；建设银行(00939)涨1.1%，报7.38港元；中国银行(03988)涨0.96%，报4.21港元。
消息面上，据证券时报报道，9月以来，下调存款利率的地方中小银行队伍持续扩大。9月25日，河南洛阳农商行、洛宁农商行等多家银行宣布下调人民币存款利率，调整范围覆盖活期存款、通知存款和各期限定期存款等产品，最高降幅达35个基点（BP）。分析人士认为，此举目的是缓解负债端压力，减轻净息差持续缩窄带来的负面影响。
中国银河证券表示，14天逆回购操作方式调整，强化7天逆回购政策利率地位，提高流动性管理精准性，中小银行受益程度预计相对小于大行。提振消费政策再加码，银行基本面积极因素持续积累，中期业绩改善，拐点可期。关注政策成效释放以及零售业务需求和风险改善情况，以及改革措施。结合多维增量资金加速银行估值重塑，该机构继续看好银行板块配置价值，维持推荐评级。
