南财智讯9月25日电，祖龙娱乐（09990.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司的附属公司天津祖龙与北京航星签订房屋租赁合同，以续租位于北京市东城区和平里东街11号航星科技园的办公场所，租期自2025年8月15日至2030年8月14日，为期五年。根据国际财务报告会计准则第16号“租赁”，本集团将租赁房屋的使用权确认为使用权资产，其未经审计价值约为13.68亿元人民币。由于租赁使用权资产的价值最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此该交易构成须予披露交易，需遵守上市规则第14章项下的通知及公告规定，但获豁免遵守股东批准规定。通过续签房屋租赁合同，祖龙娱乐可以继续在现有办公场所办公，避免因寻找、翻新及搬迁至替代物业而产生的额外成本及开支，确保集团运营、业务及增长的持续性。
