智通财经APP讯，旷逸国际(01683)发布公告，于2025年9月26日，公司全资附属公司深圳市中萨数字科技有限公司(深圳中萨)与中创网宴(深圳)科技有限公司(中创网宴)就共同合作网宴产业相关事项(合作事项)订立合作框架协定。
根据合作框架协议，深圳中萨与中创网宴将共同开发与发展于中国大陆网宴关联产业综合布局。
深圳中萨与中创网宴的合作，核心在于战略资源互补与共同市场目标的深度协同。集团作为深耕金融与跨境资本服务的港股平台，具备成熟的国际投融资能力及大湾区政商网络资源;而中创网宴作为数字化宴会服务的创新企业，正处业务扩张的关键阶段。
随着中国大陆经济的持续增长和消费的不断升级，网宴产业作为大消费领域的重要组成部分，展现出巨大的市场潜力和机会，各方将充分发挥各自优势，共同探索和开发国内网宴市场的新机遇。经考虑上文所述后，董事认为合作框架协议符合本集团利益，且合作框架协议的条款及条件乃按正常商业条款订立，属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
