智通财经APP讯，中国东方航空股份(00670)公布，为配合上海浦东国际机场四期扩建工程航站区工程项目，公司及上海航空拟分别与上海市浦东新区建设和交通委员会签署相关协议，由上海浦东新区人民政府征收公司及上海航空位于浦东国际机场机务维修区地块的房屋，并回收国有土地使用权。
本次被征收的公司及上海航空的地块和房屋等资产位于上海市浦东新区飞翱路 126、128 号和上海市浦东新区飞翱路 100 号。经多次协商，近日，公司及上海航空分别与上海市浦东新区建设和交通委员会签署《上海市国有土地上房屋征收补偿协议》(浦府房征决字[2024]第 011 号-02、浦府房征决字[2024]第 011 号-03)，就征收相关事宜进行明确约定，补偿金额分别为 780,653,605 元和 501,664,203 元。
