智通财经APP讯，加科思-B(01167)发布公告，公司董事会进一步获一致行动人士成员告知，基于对公司未来发展前景的坚定信心，自2025年7月16日起直至本公告日期，彼等已合计买入1105.865万股公司股份，涉及总代价约9634万港元。截至本公告日期，一致行动人士共持有公司2亿股股份，约占公司已发行股份总数的25.28%。
上述一致行动人士成员表示对公司的整体发展前景、增长潜力及其股份的长期投资价值充满信心。在遵守适用法律及监管规定的前提下，并不排除其可能适时进一步增持公司股份。
自2025年7月15日起直至本公告日期，公司已合计购回32.64万股股份，累计支付对价为267万港币。公司将继续关注市场情况，并可能根据市场状况进一步行使股东授权回购股份。
公告称，公司目前业务运营状况良好，核心产品管线(包括但不限于Pan-KRAS抑制剂等)的研发进展顺利，数据令人鼓舞。管理层此次实质性增持及公司的股份回购行动，一致且明确地反映了对公司基本面和长期增长前景的强烈信心。
