金风科技（02208）发布公告，该公司的全资子公司金风国际控股（香港）有限公司（以下简称“金风国际”）的全资子公司Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd（以下简称“金风澳洲”）与Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd 签署《风机供货和安装协议》，由金风澳洲为其提供风机的供货和安装。
金风科技与Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd 签署《母公司担保协议》，为金风澳洲在上述《风机供货和安装协议》项下的履约责任和义务提供担保，担保金额为 3.83亿澳元（折合人民币约 17.86亿元），担保期限自《母公司担保协议》签署之日起至缺陷责任期到期后6个月为止（预估从2025年9月26日到2030年9月21日）。
