智通财经APP讯，源宇宙教育(01082)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不少于约5165万港元，而2024年同期的公司拥有人应占亏损则约为2756万港元。
董事会认为有关预期亏损主要由于(i)截至2025年6月30日止年度，商誉减值亏损约1315万港元;(ii)截至2025年6月30日止年度，贸易应收款项及合约资产减值亏损约2252万港元;及(iii)截至2025年6月30日止年度，贷款应收款项减值亏损约808万港元。基于审慎原则，考虑到香港经济环境复苏缓慢的情况下，该等亏损主要可归因于资产减值增加。
