“2025精益数字化创新大会”于2025年9月26-28日在天津召开。主题为“精益数智化驱动新型工业化，共创新质生产力”。爱波瑞技术研究院院长朱巨镔出席并演讲。
朱巨镔表示，数字时代，精益的作用绝未被削弱，反而更加强化。精益之于企业，也绝非简单的工具加成，而是数据时代物种进化的底层基因。
他指出，精益的价值流导向，决定了它关注流程的周期和质量，而非简单的输入输出。精益对过程精细化、可视化的追求，奠定了标准化数据和可视化绩效的基础。精益细化核算单元的努力，本质上将员工努力工作与工作结果之间的因果关系显性化，并缩短反馈周期。
他还表示，精益强调的持续改善，实际上是将创新融入日常工作的常态化努力，进而保持组织柔性，确保系统竞争力。他强调，保持一个强健的机体，追求有利润的销售额和有现金流的利润，仍会是企业永恒的追求。
