经济观察网据央视新闻客户端消息，伊拉克石油部9月27日宣布，在中断两年半后，当天恢复从伊拉克北部库尔德自治区(库区)向土耳其出口原油。此前，伊拉克中央政府指责库区未经中央政府同意擅自向土方出口石油，并就此向设于法国巴黎的国际贸易仲裁机构国际商会提出申诉。国际商会2023年3月裁定支持伊方诉求，要求土方赔偿伊方15亿美元。土方随即中止接收石油，同时提出上诉。
