智通财经APP讯，集海资源(02489)发布公告，由于邓格庄矿发生事故造成一名工人伤亡，应急局及安监局已责令邓格庄矿停产整顿和调查。停产后，公司严格按照要求，对烟台牟金的管理工作进行了全面自查自纠。根据应急局及安监局的指示，烟台市牟平区应急管理局对邓格庄矿进行了深入检查，而烟台牟金亦按要求完成所有整改。
停产期间，应急管理局与相关当地政府部门对邓格庄矿进行联合审查，确认邓格庄矿符合安全生产条件。于2025年9月26日，烟台牟金收到由应急管理局发出的《(安全生产行政执法文书)整改复查意见书》((鲁烟牟)应急复查(2025) 138号 )，允许邓格庄矿复工复产。因此，烟台牟金已立即恢复邓格庄矿的生产。
公司董事会认为，鉴于邓格庄矿停产时间较短，停产将不会对集团财务业绩产生重大影响。
