ChainCatcher 消息，据财新网报道，香港特区政府透过 “政府可持续债券计划” 与 “基础建设债券计划” 自 2019 年起已发行总值约 3860 亿港元的人民币、港元、欧元和美元债券。
2023 年 2 月及 2024 年 2 月成功发行两批代币化绿色债券，规模分别为 1 亿美元和 7.5 亿美元，第三批代币化债券将不只是资产端代币化，也考虑落实资金端的代币化，鉴于香港资金端代币化发展早、最成熟的是央行数字货币（CBDC），这批代币化债券的资金端有可能接入 CBDC 认购。
