智通财经APP获悉，周五，美股盘中加密矿企走弱，IREN Ltd(IREN.US)大跌超11%，CleanSpark(CLSK.US)跌超8%，Cipher Mining(CIFR.US)跌超3%。消息面上，据华尔街日报，美国监管机构已经对宣布购买数字资产计划之前股价大幅波动的公司进行了审查。美国证交会和金融业监管局已联系了今年宣布相关战略的200多家公司中的部分企业，在函件中对相关企业发布公告前数日股票交易量异常放大、股价急剧上涨的现象提出担忧。
律师表示，此类函件往往标志着内幕交易更深入调查的开始。宣布加密货币储备战略的公司在过去几个月大量涌现，其策略效仿了Strategy(MSTR.US)通过发行股票和债券筹资用于购买比特币及其他数字代币。
