智通财经APP讯，华油能源(01251)发布公告，于2025年9月26日，公司的附属公司CNG与PIONEER OIL INDONESIA(POI)订立营运合作协议。根据营运合作协议，CNG已同意与POI在印度尼西亚贾邦登加区块的某区域开展油气勘探、开发及生产活动。
根据营运合作协议，POI将承担贾邦登加区块某区域的全部营运成本。在协议签署后的三年内，POI将投入最高达到2亿美元的资金。根据营运合作协议，CNG不承担任何出资义务。
倘若勘探工作取得成功，并且从贾邦登加区块某区域实现收益，根据营运合作协议，CNG与POI间的利润分成将按50:50的比例进行分配。
POI为一家于印度尼西亚注册成立的公司，主要从事业务为油气田的勘探与开发。该公司由谢云金和熊彬婕分别持有50%和50%的股权。
本营运合作协议旨在为CNG提供资金支持，以加快对贾邦登加区块的勘探与开发进程。该协议将通过整合CNG与POI双方的资源、专业知识和经验，形成协同效应，从而有效且高效地推进该区块的勘探与开发工作。
