智通财经APP讯，海信家电(000921.SZ)公告，公司董事会审议通过了《关于向海信视像科技股份有限公司购买股权暨关联交易的议案》《关于向海信视像科技股份有限公司出售资产暨关联交易的议案》《关于向广东海信电子有限公司出售资产暨关联交易的议案》。
公司全资子公司青岛海信模具有限公司(海信模具)与海信视像科技股份有限公司(海信视像)签署了《股权转让协议》，海信模具拟以自有资金购买海信视像持有的海信(广东)厨卫系统股份有限公司(海信厨卫)26.0006%股权，交易价格确定为人民币9429.05万元。
同时，海信模具、海信厨卫与海信视像签署了《资产组转让协议》，海信模具、海信厨卫将共同持有的一项注塑、冲压资产组(黄岛视像塑金车间资产组)出售给海信视像。交易价格确定为人民币1.41亿元。
海信(广东)模塑有限公司(海信模塑)、佛山市顺德区容声塑胶有限公司(容声塑胶)与广东海信电子有限公司(海信电子)签署了《资产组转让协议》，海信模塑、容声塑胶将共同持有的一项注塑、冲压资产组(江门电子塑品车间资产组)出售给海信电子。交易价格为人民币1419.51万元。
