智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月25日，中国置业投资(00736)股东将股票由瑞城证券公司转入亨达证券，转仓市值883.34万港元，占比5.9%。
中国置业投资发布公告，于2025年9月25日(交易时段后)，公司与6名个人第三方订立6份单独的认购协议，据此，公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份0.43港元的价格向认购人配发及发行总计5343.3万股认购股份。
5343.3万股认购股份总数相当于经配发及发行认购股份扩大后已发行股份约16.67%。认购价为每股认购股份0.43港元较2025年9月25日在香港联交所所报收市价每股股份0.53港元折让约18.87%。
认购事项的估计所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约2297万港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额按以下方式动用：用于投资加密货币;及用于补充营运资金及其他企业用途。
