智通财经APP讯，迷策略(02440)发布公告，盘嘉盈女士(盘女士)已递交辞呈，辞任本公司的公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表(授权代表);及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例所规定于香港代表本公司接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人(法律程序文件代理人)，自2025年9月26日起生效。
盘女士辞任后，董事会欣然宣布黎晋维先生(黎先生)及欧正女士(欧女士)已获委任为本公司联席公司秘书，自2025年9月26日起生效。
董事会亦欣然宣布，黎先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年9月26日起生效。于上述变动后，授权代表为陈展程先生及黎先生。
