智通财经APP讯，天津港发展(03382)发布公告，于2025年9月25日，联盟国际公司(公司的附属公司)与金岸重工公司就改造项目订立改造合同，代价为人民币2944.4万元(含税)。
金岸重工公司根据联盟国际公司招标文件的规格要求，为四台岸桥进行升级改造，包括但不限于对岸桥电控系统、卷缆系统、拖令系统及液压系统进行升级改造，以及岸桥防腐性能提升等相关服务，代价已包括上述相关服务的价格、通关费、包装费、物流费及增值税等一切费用。金岸重工公司亦须无偿提供相关咨询服务及售后技术支持工作。合同期限由改造合同签订日起至2027年6月30日(其中改造项目设备安装调试周期由改造合同签订日起计不超过15个月，安装调试后测试运行不少于3个月)。
透过订立改造合同，联盟国际公司能提升其岸桥的安全性能及技术性能，提高作业效率及使生产更安全、稳定、可控，从而增强码头竞争力，为集团创造更大效益。
