智通财经APP讯，小黄鸭德盈(02250)公布，于2025年9月30日(交易时段后)，卖方德盈环球投资有限公司、该公司与配售代理订立配售及认购协议，据此，卖方拟透过配售代理按每股股份1.13港元配售7100万股股份，及卖方拟向该公司认购7100万股认购股份，认购价为每股股份1.13港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股1.27港元折让约11.02%。
认购事项所得净筹约7943万港元，约60%用于发展购买游乐设施设备，以开拓自营城市娱乐项目;约30%用于发展零售店铺网络及相关产品制造;及10%用于一般营运资金。
