智通财经APP讯，NIRAKU(01245)发布公告，于2025年9月30日(交易时段后)，Niraku(公司全资附属公司)与GAIA(一名独立第三方)订立该协议，据此，GAIA(作为分拆公司)同意通过纳入公司分拆按代价向Niraku(作为承接公司)转让目标业务。
目标业务为GAIA于日本栃木县开展两间日式弹珠机游戏馆的营运业务。
公告称，经营弹珠机游戏馆为集团业务策略的重要基石。凭借日本经济持续复苏之势，集团认为市场上智能游戏机的强劲表现为业务增长的关键机遇，并已积极进行资本投资，以把握此趋势。为提升未来企业表现，集团正策略性地扩展业务，于需求殷切且具高增长潜力的市场开设新游戏馆。作为长远业务计划的一部分，集团将定期投资发展新游戏馆，并收购现有弹珠机游戏馆，确保博彩游戏业务能产生稳定收益来源。鉴于GAIA已建立其作为领先弹珠机游戏馆拥有者及营运者之一的声誉，集团相信收购目标业务将可大幅扩展其市场占有率，并提升于弹珠机游戏馆业务的表现。
