智通财经APP讯，永旺(00984)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，该公司附属公司AEON GD(作为承租人)及业主佛山普丰仓储经营(作为业主)订立仓库协议(实质为续订协议)，以续租仓库(普洛斯顺德陈村物流园 A1 库一楼 3-4 号单元)，租期自2025年12月1日起，及租赁附加仓库，租期自2025年8月1日或2026年1月1日起(视乎情况而定)。自2016年11月14日起，AEON GD已向业主租用仓库，作为仓库用途，以支援AEON GD的零售业务。
AEON GD自2016年1月14日起根据补充租赁协议向业主租赁该处所，并于该处所经营仓库。由于补充租赁协议将于2025年11月30日届满。AEON GD与业主订立仓库协议，以延长租赁条款并租赁附加仓库。
