China Next-Gen Commerce and Supply Chain (HKG:3928) said Wang Kelly was appointed as the chief executive of the company, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the construction services company fell nearly 1% in morning trade Monday.
Wang has been a member of the company's board since Sept. 4 and is the sole owner of the company's controlling shareholder Ever Realm Capital. She will also serve as the chair of the company's board.
Meanwhile, the firm said it redesignated Koh Chew Chiang as co-CEO of the company.
