智通财经APP讯，唐宫中国(01181)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，公司全资附属公司成都维华(作为租户)与独立第三方四川首座(作为业主)及四川首座分公司，就现行租赁协议项下租赁该物业订立新租赁协议，租期十年零四个月，自2025年10月27日起至2036年2月26日(含首尾两日)，用于集团在成都经营餐饮业务。
集团现根据现行租赁协议租用该物业，以“唐宫”品牌名称经营餐厅业务，而该现行租赁协议将于2025年10月26日届满。订立新租赁协议将使集团得以继续于该物业经营餐厅业务，该物业作为品牌战略基石，于集团整体业务布局中具有关键地位。董事会认为续租该物业彰显集团对成都市场的长期承诺。鉴于该成都旗舰店址已持续实现盈利，续租决定符合集团战略发展需求。此长期租约决策不仅有助集团巩固现有客户忠诚度与品牌影响力，更为业务长期规划及该物业投资提供稳定基础。
