智通财经APP讯，靛蓝星(08373)发布公告，根据目前的情况和与审计师的近期讨论，审计师于2025年9月提出了进一步的文件要求清单，涉及本公司主要从事手机及配件贸易的附属公司的收入周期管理及内部控制程序。因此，2024年年度业绩及2024年年报的公布及发送将进一步延迟。
本公司目前正准备相关的补充文件，以协助并配合审计师完成2024年年度业绩的未完成审计工作和程序，以便2024年年度业绩及2024年报可尽快发布及/或寄发予本公司股东(视情况而定)。预计2024年经审核全年业绩将由公司在2025年11月17日或之前发布。
