Scalare Partners Holdings (ASX:SCP) said it acquired Queensland-based Planet Startup, a virtual Chief Financial Officer services company, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Marc Orchard will continue as the Chief Financial Officer of Planet Startup after the acquisition.
The consideration for the deal includes AU$150,000 in cash, payable on completion, as well as AU$450,000 of ordinary shares in Scalare, to be issued upon completion at AU$0.14 per share.
The firm will issue 3,214,286 shares will be issued on completion and will be subject to escrow until Nov. 14, 2026.
