智通财经APP讯，天津港发展(03382)公布，于2025年9月30日，远晟仓储公司(公司的附属公司)透过天津滨海中心负责组织实施的挂牌出让竞买，以人民币3.03亿元成功竞得位于中国天津市滨海新区天津港的该地块的土地使用权。收购事项相关成交确认书已于同日取得，而土地使用权出让合同预计将于2025 年10月21日或之前订立。远晟仓储公司已支付挂牌出让竞买保证金人民币6060万元。
公告称，集团透过收购事项推进堆场建设项目，进一步完善天津港区大宗散货功能布局，促进港区散货运输规模化、集约化发展，增强堆存能力，满足干散货类船舶运输与客户发货需求，从而提升天津港干散货业务综合竞争力，为集团创造更大效益。
