欧盟委员会于周二表示，已批准意大利奢侈品集团普拉达（Prada）收购范思哲（Versace）时尚集团。

　　今年早些时候，普拉达与卡普里控股公司（Capri Holdings）达成协议，以 13.8 亿美元收购规模相对较小的竞争对手范思哲。

　　欧盟委员会称，此项收购交易不会引发竞争方面的担忧。
