智通财经APP获悉，香港证监会发文称，最近曾就首都金融控股(08239)股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2025年9月8日，有22名股东合共持有46,577,285股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本的49.63%。有关股权连同由三名该公司的主要股东持有的38,390,000股(占已发行股本的40.91%)，相当于该公司已发行股本的90.54%。因此，该公司只有8,874,176股(占已发行股本的9.46%)由其他股东持有。

该公司股份的收市价从2025年7月10日的0.84港元上升659.5%至2025年9月8日的6.38港元。于2025年9月29日，该公司股价收报9.20港元，较2025年7月10日的收市价0.84港元高出995.2%。
