智通财经APP讯，美图公司(01357)公布，于2025年10月1日，公司根据2024首席执行官激励计划向吴泽源先生授出合共450万股股份奖励，即450万股股份，占截至本公告日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份，如有)约0.099%，惟须待吴泽源先生接纳。该等股份奖励将于2026年10月1日归属，且不附带任何表现目标。
与此同时，董事会进一步宣布，于2025年10月1日，公司根据股份奖励计划向某些其他雇员授出了合共253,065股股份奖励(即253,065股股份,占截至本公告日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份，如有)约0.006%)，惟须待该等雇员接纳。
