ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，波兰议会下院已通过新版《加密资产市场法案》，该法案获 230 票支持、196 票反对。法案规定所有加密资产服务提供商（CASP）必须向波兰金融监管局（KNF）申请许可，违规者将面临最高 1,000 万兹罗提（约 280 万美元）罚款和最长两年监禁。法案实施后将给予 6 个月过渡期。
该法案被批评者称为 “欧盟最严格的加密货币法规”，引发行业强烈反对，认为可能会损害波兰 300 万加密货币持有者的利益。该法案目前已提交参议院审议。
