智通财经APP讯，标准发展集团(01867)发布公告，梁荣进先生(梁先生)及严兵博士(严博士)经考虑其连续任期、联交所的独立性规定及彼等决定将更多时间投入个人事务后，已告知董事会不会膺选连任，并于股东周年大会结束时退任董事职务。
股东于股东周年大会上批准委任赵昌盛先生(赵先生)及徐兆鸿先生(徐先生)为独立非执行董事。
梁先生及严博士于股东周年大会上退任后，梁先生已不再担任董事会薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)主席，以及董事会提名委员会(提名委员会)及董事会审核委员会(审核委员会)成员;及严博士已不再担任审核委员会成员。自股东周年大会结束时起，赵先生已获委任为薪酬委员会主席及审核委员会与提名委员会成员;及徐先生已获委任为审核委员会成员。
