智通财经APP获悉，教育股集体走高，截至发稿，中国东方教育(00667)涨6.64%，报7.39港元；新高教集团(02001)涨5.98%，报1.24港元；宇华教育(06169)涨3.28%，报0.63港元；中教控股(00839)涨1.88%，报3.25港元。
消息面上，宇华教育集团旗下湖南涉外经济学院转营利近日获批，同意该校开展营利性民办学校分类登记。国元国际发布研报称，湖南涉外经济学院转营成功对发展中省份具有较强示范作用。湖南省地方教育行政部门在民办高校转营事务中更积极作为，增强了其他民办学校的转营意愿。2025年湖南已批3所转营（含涉外），为同类省份提供了可参考的路径，表明政策在执行层面已出现积极信号。
该行指出，营利性的学校有利于上市公司分红，分配利润缓解债务。虽然营利性登记需完成土地、房产等资产过户及补缴税费，短期增加成本，但长期将实现资产市场化重估。目前上市公司仅有宇华获批，短期有助情绪估值修复，若后续有其他上市公司推进，或构成板块长期价值重估。
