智通财经APP讯，倢冠控股(08606)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，租户倢冠科技有限公司(公司的全资附属公司)与业主Noble Castle Investments Limited就租赁该物业订立为期三年零两个月的租赁协议。
该物业为香港九龙观塘巧明街100号友邦九龙大厦31楼3103至3105室，估计总建筑面积约为14348平方英尺 。
该物业将用作集团的主要营业地点。租赁协议项下的应付租金总额乃由租赁协议的订约方经参考(其中包括)与标的物业相似且功用相近的物业的当前应付市租后经公平磋商厘定。董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为，上述租金属公平合理，与市场水平一致，且订立租赁协议符合集团及其股东的整体利益。
