不久前，青瓷游戏发布2025年中期财报，在关注财报数据的同时，运营商财经网也注意到了青瓷游戏的总裁杨煦，接下来将具体介绍他的过往经历。

根据天眼查发布的信息显示，杨煦出生于1981年，他于2005年12月加入厦门吉比特网络技术股份有限公司，担任制作人一职，参与多款在线游戏和网络游戏的开发工作。2012年3月，杨煦创办了青瓷集团，并担任总经理直至2019年8月。

2019年8月后，他升任集团总裁，全面负责公司运营和管理。2021年6月19日，杨煦被委任为执行董事及董事会主席，主要负责集团的整体战略规划和研发方向。

2024年杨煦的薪酬显示为266.3万元。在青瓷游戏的高管层属于中上水平，相比之下，首席财务官刘斯铭去年的薪酬为285.3万元，要略高于总裁杨煦。

青瓷游戏2025年中期报告显示，截至2025年6月30日止六个月内，公司实现收入约人民币2.47亿元，较去年同期的3.43亿元下降27.86%。尽管收入有所下滑，但通过成本控制升，公司净利润有所增长，权益持有人应占利润达7026万元，同比增长55.92%。

关键运营数据方面，累计注册玩家数达1.00亿，同比增长7.56%；但平均月活跃用户和平均月付费用户分别下降47.50%和44.40%，至114.4万和14.06万，主要因部分游戏进入成熟期；每付费用户平均收益则提升5.26%至289.79元。
