TradingKey - 美国SEC暂停QMMM公司股票交易，DAT正在成为重点监管对象。
美东时间周一，总部位于香港的数位广告公司QMMM Holdings（QMMM）股票被暂停交易，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）并声称其可能存在市场操纵行为。
今年9月9日，QMMM宣布拟斥资1亿美元建立一个多元化加密货币资金库，目标资产包括比特币 、以太坊和SOL。
公布消息当天，QMMM股价从低点14美元最高飙升至304美元，最大涨幅高达2000%，最终收涨至1700%。此后，该股股价持续回落，暂报119美元。

9月初，纳斯达克交易所宣布加强对DAT公司的监管，美国SEC如今也开始盯着这类公司，说明川普政府只是放宽对加密市场的监管，并非放任不管，这有利于保障整个行业的可持续健康发展。然而，投资者仍然要警惕DAT公司，尤其是锚定山寨币的公司，它们的潜在风险更高。
