South Korea's Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) urged virtual asset operators to strengthen market monitoring and IT systems to better protect consumers, Yonhap News Agency reported Tuesday.
FSS Governor Lee Chan-jin met with executives from Dunamu, Coinone, and eight other exchanges, emphasizing that fairness and transparency are essential and that operators should focus on trust-based services rather than short-term profits, according to the report.
