华宝国际旗下嘉豪食品直面供应链波动 聚焦提鲜类核心品类

  本报讯 (记者李春莲)近日,华宝国际控股有限公司(以下简称“华宝国际”)旗下嘉豪食品在中山总部召开销售市场年中总结暨业务战略部署会议,为下半年业绩突破凝聚共识与动能。

  嘉豪食品CEO对2025年上半年销售与市场表现进行全面梳理:既肯定部分区域在渠道深耕、新品推广中的亮眼成果,也直面供应链波动与消费需求变化带来的业绩瓶颈。下半年将以“超级产品力”为核心,紧扣三季度品牌QBP规划,聚焦提鲜类核心品类,通过线上线下渠道整合、重点项目攻坚(乡厨项目、RKA项目)等策略破解痛点,强化团队执行力以筑牢业务根基。

  会上,各销售大区负责人先后汇报上半年业绩达成、策略执行情况及下半年计划。面对不同区域市场特性,各大区采取差异化应对策略——部分大区侧重下沉市场渠道拓展,部分则聚焦核心城市客户开发,在品类推广与特色项目合作中涌现诸多实践亮点。汇报后,大区与总部团队围绕鸡汁“超级产品力”开展专题研讨,共同梳理市场反馈中的核心痛点与破局思路,为后续产品迭代、营销落地凝聚共识。

  华宝国际董事会主席兼首席执行官朱林瑶强调,本公司旗下业务需以“市场洞察为基、协同执行为要”,通过精准复盘破解瓶颈,以团队合力推动增长。
