智通财经APP讯，大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，因本公司所属子公司项目已不具备继续开发条件，建设进度停滞，经本公司估计该项资产的可回收金额为零，故拟对该项已停滞且无推进价值项目计提减值准备约人民币4385.64万元。
经本公司对应收款项的预期可回收金额进行测试，部分应收款项存在回收风险，故拟对应收款项计提减值准备约人民币1.03亿元。
上述计提资产减值准备事宜预计将导致本公司截至2025年9月30日止9个月利润总额减少约人民币1.47亿元，本公司截至2025年9月30日止9个月归属母公司所有者的净利润减少约人民币1.47亿元。
