智通财经APP讯，升柏控股(02340)公布，于2025年9月30日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此公司有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份港币0.137元向不少于六名承配人(为独立第三方专业人士、机构或其他投资者)配售最多127,448,000股配售股份，配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股港币0.164元折让约16.46%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，净筹约1687万港元。约29.64%用于支付专业机构费用，约70.36%用于集团的一般营运资金。
